MijnBureau includes an AI Assistant based on LaSuite conversations. It is currently offered as a sandbox product and is under active development by the French government. You can connect your own SaaS AI model to the conversation engine or use the Ollama service bundled with MijnBureau.

📄️ Dashboard
MijnBureau includes a dashboard application that aggregates open-source tools into a single, user-friendly interface. Currently a sandbox project, the dashboard is under active development and receives frequent updates to improve integrations, usability, and security. Its goal is to provide a cohesive, extensible workspace where users can access tools and insights from one place.
📄️ Documents
MijnBureau provides real-time collaborative editing for documents, presentations, and spreadsheets. Built on Collabora Online (used by suites like Nextcloud and OpenDesk), it lets multiple users edit, comment, and track changes simultaneously while preserving office-style formatting and file compatibility.
The Email feature is not yet available in MijnBureau. It is currently under active development and will be introduced in a future release.
📄️ File Sharing
MijnBureau offers two secure, user-friendly file sharing and syncing options: Nextcloud and LaSuite Drive. Both are integrated into the platform, allowing teams to easily upload, share, edit, and sync files.
📄️ Notes
Collaboratively create and edit notes. Developed by the French government and widely used in production across organizations, the application provides real-time collaborative editing and structured wiki features for knowledge bases.

The Password Manager is currently under active development and will be included in a future MijnBureau release.
📄️ Video Conferencing
MijnBureau includes a video conferencing feature that enables seamless virtual communication and collaboration. It is based on LaSuite Meet with LiveKit, supports phone dial‑in, and can generate AI‑powered meeting summaries.
